These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sheet Upload Google Sheets add-on ("Service") operated by SonhoPrime LTD ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using Sheet Upload, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Sheet Upload, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using Sheet Upload on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Sheet Upload is a Google Sheets add-on that enables users to upload files from their computer or Google Drive and insert clickable links into Google Sheets cells. The Service operates through the Google Workspace Add-on platform.
Sheet Upload offers the following plans:
Paid subscriptions are processed through the Google Workspace Marketplace billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the applicable rate. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy below.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from within the add-on settings or through your Google Workspace account. Upon cancellation, your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused periods.
We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with Sheet Upload, please contact us at Khelf.far@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion.
You agree not to use Sheet Upload to:
Sheet Upload, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by SonhoPrime LTD and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You retain full ownership of all files you upload through Sheet Upload. Files are stored in your own Google Drive account. You grant us no rights over your content beyond what is necessary to provide the Service (i.e., generating a shareable link and inserting it into your spreadsheet).
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SonhoPrime LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Sheet Upload at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
